The morning visit list
Each morning, each manager on your sales team gets one WhatsApp message with that day's site visits, when there are visits for them.
This applies to real-estate accounts, where the agent takes site-visit requests from buyers.
When it is sent
When your business hours start (set on Settings), each manager gets one message:
Good morning Priya. 4 site visit request(s) are on today's list for Tue, 12 Aug. Tap below for the full schedule.
Tapping Send full report sends the full schedule on WhatsApp.
- On a day with no visits, nobody is messaged.
- A manager gets the visits from campaigns they work on, plus every visit from a lead that didn't come from a campaign. A manager on no campaigns gets every visit. A manager with none of that day's visits gets no message.
- If the list couldn't go out within about three hours of opening time, it is skipped that day rather than arriving in the afternoon.
The People tab shows, for each manager, whether today's list has gone and how many lists were sent in the last 30 days.
Same-day visits
A visit requested for later today, while your team is open, would otherwise wait until tomorrow's list. So each manager is messaged straight away:
Hi Priya, a site visit was just requested for TODAY. Name: Rahul Sharma. Phone: +919876543210. Project: Acme Skyline. Time: 4:00 pm. Tap below for the full details.
Tapping Send full details sends the rest. Every other visit waits for the morning list.
A request is not a confirmed visit
When a buyer picks a time, the agent records a request and tells the buyer your team will confirm it. It never tells a buyer the visit is booked. To confirm it, see Site visits and bookings.
