Platform

One platform, from your brochure to a requested visit.

Everything a conversation needs — the facts, the agent, the channels, the handoff and the reporting — in one place, with one set of rules, and one workspace per client.

Knowledge layer

Your documents become facts the agent is allowed to say.

Brochures, price lists, rate cards, websites and videos are read once and turned into structured facts, each with its source. Your team checks them — prices first — and every question a buyer might ask is pre-answered and scored against those facts.

  • Verify in a click. A fact is “checked” when a person says so. The agent quotes checked prices word for word and labels anything else as indicative.
  • Gaps are shown, not hidden. The questions the agent cannot answer yet are listed with what buyers actually asked — so you know what to add next.
  • Sources are versioned. Replace a brochure and the facts it stated are updated; retire a source and everything it contributed goes with it.

The agent

Two kinds of agent. One set of rules.

The knowledge agent answers anything about a project, product or model from the verified facts, qualifies, and requests the next step. The qualifying agent works only from a call script you write and hands anyone interested straight to your team — no knowledge base needed; it runs dealerships’ service reminders. Both speak Hindi, English and Hinglish, and Indic languages on calls.

  • Qualifies as it talks. Budget, configuration, timeline, intent and language are captured during the conversation and visible on the lead’s page.
  • Scripts with rules. Sections for what to say, what to ask and what never to say; endings the campaign report counts; selling lines chosen by your customer data.
  • Hands off with a brief. When a person is needed, the right rep is paged on WhatsApp with the whole lead and a one-line reason to call.

Channels and direction

WhatsApp and real phone calls. Inbound and outbound.

One number per line of business — WhatsApp through Meta’s Business Platform, calls through licensed Indian carriers — used by an inbound line that answers whoever contacts it and by campaigns that reach out, on one channel or in sequence.

The Inbound agent page: your numbers, which projects it covers and who it turned away
Inbound

A number the agent answers, screened and scoped.

Brokers, vendors and spam are turned away before they cost a minute; existing customers go to service; buyers get an answer. You choose which projects it covers.

Explore Inbound
A campaign’s page: reached, responded, engaged and booked, with the journey funnel and live activity
Outbound

Campaigns with a strategy, a cadence and a funnel.

WhatsApp only, voice only, or one then the other; follow-ups on your cadence; a retry ladder for unanswered calls; and every lead counted exactly once.

Outcomes

What your team sees.

Every conversation ends somewhere your team can act: a booking request to confirm, a rep paged with a brief, or a number on a dashboard.

The Bookings page: site-visit requests for the team to confirm

Bookings

Site visits, test drives and callbacks are requested by the agent and confirmed by your team. Same-day requests page a manager; every morning brings a digest.

The Sales team page: who the agent hands leads to, and how they are paged

Human handoff

One rep is paged on WhatsApp per lead, in rotation, with the whole lead attached. Out of hours, the handoff waits for the morning and the buyer is told so.

The Overview page: new leads, leads ready to buy, site visits and handoffs for the last 30 days

Dashboard and intelligence

New leads, readiness, visits, handoffs; a funnel per channel; demand by budget and configuration; the questions the agent could not answer. Exportable as CSV.

How it is built

Engineering practice a security review can read.

The parts of the platform that matter most to a buyer are pinned, tested and traceable.

Over 5,000 automated tests on every change

A change cannot reach production without passing the full suite, which runs with no network access so it can never touch a client’s data.

What the agent is told is pinned

The instructions and tool definitions the model receives are frozen byte for byte in version control. Changing a word is a deliberate, reviewed act.

Every turn is traceable

For each reply, the exact facts retrieved, the tools called and the model’s request and response are stored, so any answer can be explained after the fact.

Fail safe, not silent

When a dependency is down the agent says it will check with the team rather than guess; when a number cannot be dialled, the call is held with the reason named rather than dropped.
