For dealership service departments and workshopsLive

Service reminder calls that fill the workshop.

KonvoLead calls every owner whose car is due, from your own customer file — the car, its registration, the last service, the kilometres — offers a slot at their outlet, and records the request for your workshop to confirm. It says only what your script says.

The first five minutes

Where service visits are lost.

Reminder calls never all get made

Service advisers call between jobs. The due list grows faster than they can work it, and the owners nobody reached book wherever is convenient.

Every owner gets the same call

A ten-year-old car on its third owner and a one-year-old car with free services left need different conversations. A list of names cannot tell them apart.

Lapsed owners go unnoticed

An owner who stopped coming two services ago has usually found a local garage. Nobody asks why, so nobody wins them back.

Two ways in

They reach you, or you reach them. Same agent.

Outbound calls the people on your list. When they reply on WhatsApp the same agent carries on; when they ring back your team is paged. Either way, interest becomes a service visit request and a brief for your team.

Inbound

When they reply or ring back

An owner who answers the reminder on WhatsApp carries on with the same agent, which still knows their car and why it got in touch. An owner who rings your number back is passed straight to your workshop, and the campaign stops calling them.

  • A WhatsApp reply reaches the same script and the same customer details
  • A call-back pages your workshop on WhatsApp with who rang and why we called them
  • Asked for the workshop, or for a cost? Handed to a service adviser with the conversation
Outbound

Due lists, lapsed owners, win-backs

Upload your customer file and choose which columns the agent may use. It calls everyone due, in their language, retries the ones who do not answer, and ends every call in an outcome you defined.

  • Selling lines chosen by each car’s own data — an older car, high kilometres, loyalty points to use, a company car — never by the model
  • Outcomes you define, counted per campaign: service requested, call back later, serviced elsewhere, sold the car
  • Calls only inside your hours, with a retry ladder for unanswered numbers
Why KonvoLead is different

It says only what your script and your customer file say.

A call that improvises is a promise your team did not make. The qualifying agent works from a script you write and the columns of your file you switch on — nothing else — and hands anything outside them to a person.

  • Your script, versioned. Why you are calling, what to ask, what never to say. A published version never changes under a live call.
  • Selling lines chosen by rules. A line is used only when the customer’s own data matches its conditions, at most two a call. The model never picks them.
  • Rules above your script. It never says a slot is booked, repeats a price only if your script states it and you allow it, and stops the moment someone asks not to be contacted.

From conversation to service visit

Warm leads get a service visit request. Everyone gets a brief.

An outcome for every call

The endings you define — a slot requested, call back later, gone elsewhere, not interested — are read from the conversation and counted on the campaign.

Requests the service visit

Agreed in the chat or on the call, inside your hours, and recorded for your team to confirm. A time that looks wrong is flagged rather than dropped, and the customer is never told it is booked until it is.

Human handoff with context

Anyone interested, or anyone who asks for a person, is handed to your team on WhatsApp with the whole conversation and a one-line reason to call.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something not here? Ask us — we answer within one business day.

Does it need a knowledge base?

No. Service reminders run on the qualifying agent: it works from a call script you write — who you are, why you are calling, what to ask, what never to say — and from the columns of your customer file you switch on.

Which customer details does it use?

Only the columns you switch on when you import the file, such as the car, registration, last service date and kilometres. A column can also be used only to choose a selling line — for example a customer’s follow-up status — without the agent ever seeing or saying it.

Will it quote a service cost?

Only a figure written in your script, and only if you allow it to repeat the figures in the script. Otherwise it says a service adviser will give the exact cost once the workshop has seen the car.

How does the workshop see the requests?

Each agreed slot is a request on the Bookings page — with the day, time, outlet and whether they want pick-up — for your team to confirm. A slot that looks wrong, such as one outside your hours, is flagged rather than dropped. Same-day requests page a manager on WhatsApp, and every morning brings a digest.
