The fixed limits you may run into, from WhatsApp rules to call length.

WhatsApp rules

Rule What it means for you
24-hour window You can send free text to a buyer only within 24 hours of their last message. Outside that, only an approved template can be sent. Campaign opening messages, follow-ups and your sales team's messages are templates for this reason.
Template approval Every template must be approved by Meta before it can be sent. Changing the wording, header, footer or buttons of an approved template sends it back to review.
Template buttons Up to 3 quick-reply buttons.
Template body Must not start or end with a blank.

The agent sends at most one item per reply, at most 6 items per lead in total, and at most 2 per hour. It never sends the same item to the same lead twice. Media is shared on WhatsApp only, never on calls.

Calls

Limit Value
Calling hours 9:00 to 21:00 in the campaign's timezone (India time by default). Call now outside them asks you to confirm first.
Longest call 10 minutes
Your test calls from the Voice console 20 minutes a day in all (India time), one at a time. A test phone call can ring only a number on your Sales team.
Silence before "are you still there?" About 15 seconds
Further silence before hanging up About 20 seconds
Tries for an unanswered number Default 3, maximum 10
Gap between tries Default 24 hours, maximum 14 days
Calls from one caller to your number 8 in 24 hours; after that the caller hears a short message and the call ends
