Glossary
The words used in KonvoLead and in these pages, in plain language.
Agent
The AI that talks to your leads on WhatsApp and on calls. The knowledge agent answers from your knowledge. A qualifying agent follows a call script you write instead.
Answers tab
For each project, KonvoLead prepares the agent's answers to common buyer questions in advance. The Answers tab lists those questions, their answers and the facts behind them.
Audience
A list of people you import from Excel, CSV or a Google Sheet to run a campaign to. Found under Audiences.
Booked
A lead whose site visit (or test drive) your team confirmed, or who came. See Statuses.
Booking (site visit request)
A time a buyer asked to visit, recorded by the agent. It is a request until your team confirms it on Bookings.
Call queue
The calls a campaign has waiting, on the campaign's Call queue tab. They are dialled automatically or placed by hand with Call now.
Call script
For a qualifying agent: what it says, what it asks and how each call can end. Found under Call scripts.
Campaign
Outreach to an audience: a WhatsApp message, a phone call, or both. When someone replies, the agent takes over. Found under Campaigns.
Checked / not checked
A fact not checked was read automatically and nobody has confirmed it yet; the agent still uses it. A checked fact was confirmed by someone on your team, and later documents can't overwrite it.
Client
Your company, as a KonvoLead customer. Everything in your dashboard belongs to your company only.
Confirmed answer
A question the agent can answer and whose answer rests on a checked fact.
Dormant
A lead imported for a campaign who hasn't talked to the agent yet. When they reply, they become With agent.
Fact
One piece of information about a project, such as a possession date or a price. Facts are read from your sources or typed in by your team.
FAQ
A question and answer you write, or draft from checked facts, that the agent can use directly.
Gap between campaigns
The fewest days before a different campaign may contact someone another campaign has just contacted. Set on Settings.
Handoff (human handover)
When the agent passes a buyer to someone on your sales team, because the buyer asked or because it's time for a person. Your team is paged on WhatsApp, one rep at a time.
Inbound
Conversations the buyer starts by messaging or calling your number. Set up on Inbound agent.
Lead
A person the agent talks to, or who is on one of your audiences. Every lead has a page with the whole conversation and what the agent learnt about them.
Lost
A lead who opted out, or said no to a campaign's message. They go back to With agent if they write to you again.
Media
Floor plans, brochures, images and video links the agent may send buyers on WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you switch it on.
Opening message / What the agent says first
The first message, or the first line of a call, a campaign sends.
Outbound
Conversations you start, through a campaign.
Project (offering)
One thing you sell: a housing project, a loan product, a card, a car model. The dashboard uses your industry's word (Project, Loan product, Card, Model).
Readiness
On a lead: how ready the buyer is, Browsing, Hunting or Ready to buy. For a project: how many common buyer questions the agent has an answer ready for.
Rebuild
KonvoLead preparing the agent's answers again after your knowledge changes. It happens by itself.
Reception line
What someone gets when the agent doesn't take them, for example while Inbound is off: a short reply saying your team will be in touch, and your team is paged.
Sales rep / manager
People on your team who take handoffs (reps) and get the morning visit list (managers). Added on Sales team. They don't sign in to the dashboard.
Source
Anything the agent learnt from: a document, a website, a video, or your notes.
Template (message)
A WhatsApp message approved by Meta. WhatsApp only lets a business start a conversation with an approved one. Found under Templates.
Test lead
A pretend buyer you create with Test the agent, or by a call on the Voice console, to try the agent yourself. Test leads never receive real WhatsApp messages and are left out of your figures unless you include them. A test call can ring a real phone: one on your Sales team.
Version
A newer copy of a document, uploaded with New version. Unchecked facts the old copy said and the new one doesn't are removed. Checked facts stay.
Vertical (industry)
Your industry: real estate, loans, credit cards or automotive. It decides the words and fields you see.
WhatsApp Business account
Your business's account with Meta for WhatsApp: it holds your number, your display name and your approved messages, and Meta bills it for its message charges. Connect yours on the WhatsApp page. See Connecting your own WhatsApp number.
With agent / With your team
Who is looking after a lead: the AI agent, or a person on your team after a handoff.
